London –24th September 2025 – LendView, a California-based fintech, has officially launched in the UK to provide a modern, end-to-end operating system for property and construction lenders.
The platform goes live with its first UK client and early investor, Phoenix Funding, a bridging and development lender, with investment from SHIFT Ignite, a specialist fintech accelerator.
LendView was founded to eliminate the operational burden and fragmentation that property lenders face by replacing multiple tools and spreadsheets with a single intelligent system of record. The platform unifies origination, underwriting, draw management, servicing, legal documentation, and reporting into one seamless workflow — dramatically reducing costs and manual work.
“I started LendView after seeing firsthand how property lenders were forced to juggle fragmented and outdated systems that slowed them down and increased costs. We are building the next generation operating system for real estate lending by bringing everything from origination to servicing into one intelligent platform.”
Katie Vander Ark
Founder & CEO of LendView.
Phoenix Funding is an early investor and the first UK client to adopt LendView’s platform, who have reduced costs by £500,000, cut manual effort by 50%, and unlocked smarter, faster lending through AI.
"When evaluating platforms, we trusted the LendView team to help Phoenix Funding’s unique needs”.
Andrew Smith
Phoenix Funding Lead Partner
