Woodhurst offers a broad range of resourcing solutions to generate the best 'pool' of talent for permanent or interim/contract hiring requirements. We are able to undertake advertising campaigns, database search or a combination of both.
Advertised Selection
Woodhurst has the consultative, adminstrative and technological resources to effectively manage advertising campaigns in national and local newspapers, specialist journals or on relevant recruitment websites. We provide advice on where to advertise , as well as on the design and content of advertising copy.
Once an advertisement has been placed, Woodhurst handles and screens all advertisement responses. We acknowledge each applicant and interview those candidates who meet the selection criteria, in order to provide our client with a shortlist of the most appropriate candidates in respect of skills and experience, as well as cultural 'fit'.
Database Search
Woodhurst maintains an extensive and up-to-date database of experienced individuals across our core areas of expertise who are either actively seeking a new role, or keeping abreast of opportunities in the market place with a view to making a move if the right opportunity arises. Furthermore, we maintain a high profile in specialist publications and on relevant recruitment websites, as well as network consistently across our key markets through recommendation and referral to offer our clients an unrivalled selection of potential candidates.
Woodhurst Leadership Network
Since Woodhurst was established in 1996, we have built an extensive candidate network at senior level. During our years of networking within our core markets, we have followed many of today’s partners, directors and fast-track managers through their career promotions from entry, to the industry. The network has a highly effective database search function which enables us to find senior level candidates by level, salary, company role, location, academics, industry certification and skill. We communicate with senior level candidates at critical junctures of their careers to understand their aspirations. We also endeavour to support lower level candidates who aspire to further their careers, and play an instrumental role in the progressive and consistent development.
Outsourced Services
Woodhurst has the technology, adminstrative capability and recruitment expertise to manage part of, or an entire recruitment campaign, project or function. This could be fulfilled externally, from our offices, or internally on-site at our clients' offices, working closely with internal hiring managers and/or HR.
